You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

  • Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission.

  • Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Products and Product Information

We specialise in used outboard motors and related marine equipment.

Because our products are used, individual engines may differ in:

  • Age and model year

  • Running hours

  • Cosmetic condition

  • Previous use

  • Equipment and accessories included

  • Shaft configuration

  • Service history

  • Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and photographs are accurate.

However, photographs may not show every minor cosmetic mark or imperfection.

Customers should carefully review the product description and specifications before ordering. If you need clarification about an engine’s condition, compatibility or included accessories, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Due to the nature of used-engine stock, an engine may become unavailable before an order is fully processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and discuss the available options.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that displayed prices are accurate. However, occasionally a pricing or product information error may occur.

If we discover an error affecting an order, we will contact you before proceeding with the order where appropriate.

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other additional costs will be communicated during the purchasing process where applicable.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • The product is no longer available.

  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error.

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

  • The product cannot be supplied or delivered.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

7. Payment

We may accept the payment methods displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

These may include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

Payment must be successfully received before an order is released for dispatch unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with us in writing.

For bank transfers, your order may remain pending until cleared funds have been received.

We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.

8. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe communicated to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery destination

  • Courier or transport availability

  • Product size and weight

  • Weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any estimated delivery date or timeframe is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.

We cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

9. Delivery Inspection

Due to the size, weight and nature of outboard motors, customers should inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If there is visible transport damage, please document the damage with photographs and contact us promptly.

Where appropriate, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Delivery documentation

  • Details of the damage

This information may be required to assist with a transport or insurance claim.

10. Collection

Where collection is offered, collection arrangements must be agreed with us in advance.

Customers collecting an engine should ensure that they have suitable transportation and equipment for safely transporting the product.

We are not responsible for damage caused by inappropriate transportation after the product has been collected.

11. Used Product Condition

All outboard motors sold through our website are used products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers should not assume that an accessory, control system, gauge, propeller, cable or other component is included unless it is specifically stated in the product listing.

12. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an outboard motor is suitable for their boat and intended application.

Compatibility may depend on factors including:

  • Boat size and weight

  • Steering system

  • Controls

  • Electrical connections

  • Propeller requirements

  • Manufacturer specifications

If you are unsure whether an engine is suitable for your boat, please contact us before purchasing.

We strongly recommend that used outboard motors are installed, connected and commissioned by a suitably qualified professional.

Incorrect installation can result in damage to the engine, boat or other equipment.

Where a product includes a warranty, the applicable warranty period will be stated on the relevant product page or sales documentation.

Warranty coverage may vary between products.

A warranty does not necessarily cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Neglect

  • Improper maintenance

  • Overheating caused by external factors

  • Damage caused by incorrect fuel or oil

  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

Return conditions may include requirements relating to:

  • The condition of the engine
